Bribery is one of the most commonly reported economic crimes in the UK, with nearly one quarter of British businesses having been exposed to it in some form. It is against the law for companies based in the UK to pay or take bribes to gain business anywhere in the world. The course is for any employee, manager or director who needs to be aware of the requirements of the act, or who is in a position where bribery could be a risk. It can also be used as a stand-alone module by anyone interested in finding out more about economic crime and the legislative requirements placed on individuals and businesses to combat it
