About This Course

The course links in with our WAVE and other courses. This takes learners through to journey to understand what is meant by the term equality and diversity, and the consequences of inequality. It will upskill learners with the tools to promote inclusion and create fairer and better workplaces. Learners will understand the framework that governs equality and diversity.
